Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based and body-based methods to support meaningful, lasting change.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
A gentle, body-based technique that supports emotional regulation and stress reduction by working with the nervous system.
Rewind Technique
A trauma-informed technique used to reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories without requiring detailed retelling.
Integrative Talking Therapy
Drawing from cognitive, psychodynamic, solution-focused and relational approaches to explore patterns, meaning, and change.
Mindfulness & Nervous System Regulation
Practices that support grounding, emotional balance, and a greater sense of safety in the present moment.
Somatic & Body-Based Work
Techniques that support awareness of bodily responses, helping to release stored tension and improve nervous system regulation.

Rooted in faith, compassion, and holistic health, our approach offers a pathway to deep healing and growth . The goal is not to manage mental health but to help you own it, transform it and thrive.
I work collaboratively and respectfully, adapting the pace and focus of therapy to each client. Techniques are never imposed, and we regularly reflect on what feels most supportive for you.
Although faith-integrated, my approach is inclusive, welcoming clients of all beliefs and backgrounds.
